Pretty and spacious indipendent house just 500 mt from Savelletri's sea, restaurant, beach club, pharmacy, coffee bar and shop. The strategic position of the house will allow you to spend a holiday in relax but not far from the greatest place of territory. Completely renovated and finely furnished the house is composed of kitchen with folding table, living room with sofa bed, hallway with a big mirror, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath tub, broom closet and laundry. Moreover you can benefit from a big outer space with parking space, equipped from gazebo, table with chairs and barbecue, ideal for spend pleasing evenings and for play our children in freely. Services offers: -tv -air conditioned - 2 refrigerators with freezer - insect screens - heating - ceiling fan - washing machine - clotheshorse - iron and ironing board - hairdryer - dishes - linen (kitchen, bathroom and bed linen) -barbecue. th accommodation is fully accessible and exploitable . All designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible . In addition to the internal courtyard you can take advantage of an additional space outside the accessible entrance gate , convenient if you have multiple cars .
Another important feature is the bus stop near the house . This will give you the opportunity to reach Savelletri in less than a minute taking you up to the famous archaeological museum of Egnazia with the popular water park ideal to spend days of fun.
