An elegant and comfortable apartment in the historic city centre of Como. This apartment is perfect for a group of friends (2 couples) or a family, as it can accommodate up to 4 guests while still providing privacy. There is a double bedroom with a bas-relief decorated ceiling. The double sofa bed in the secluded living room will accommodate two additional guests. The living room also features a loft with a library which can be used as a quiet working space. AC will keep everyone cool in the summer. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an induction stove, and a washer-dryer, and it is possible to close it off from the eating area. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Please note that there is no elevator, so you will need to use the stairs. The historic centre of Como is mainly a pedestrian area. The nearest street parking is available in Viale Lecco or in Viale Varese. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app. There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri. If you have bicycles, you can park them in the courtyard.

Surrounding is a lively area with modern bars, restaurants, and shops as well as historical churches and buildings. In high season, expect the streets to be busy all day long. In winter, it is usually quieter. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the lakefront.
