Cosy apartment on the second floor of a typical historical apartment (no elevator, that's the cost of living inside the history), mondern and with all the amenities to enjoy Rome to its full. A security door keeps the world away, while the two big windows on the main room will let the Eternal city get inside the house. One double bed and another double sofa bed will make 4 people to stay, while another small sofa bed just in the room, before the tiny bathroom (with shower and bidet too), can accomodate a fifth person (suggested only in case of need :) ). A fridge, oven, kettle and pots to cook will be the perfect equipment to cook and enjoy relaxing nights in after a day spent sightseeing. The wifi is available in all the house, while air conditioning (during the summer) and heating (during the winter) will make the stay even more comfortable. A TV with DVD player and the security door are also extra features included in this listing.

A city as beautiful as Rome needs few presentations, and can really adapt to every tourist: history, culture, art, sport ... you'll be spoiled for choice. And we are here to help you find your way around the many offers that the Eternal City has to offer. We are obviously available during checkin time, but also in the previous days for any information that may be necessary. During your stay we will be available via instant messaging, email and booking messages. We only ask you to let us know your approximate arrival / check-in time a few days before and to declare the checkout time at least 24 hours before departure (checkout is possible until 11am).

Setting up the very centre between the various attractions of Rome, Piazza del Popolo and Via del Corso would surely be the ideal candidates for the winning. At the shade of the majestic Villa Borghese, among the austere glances of the Pincio, a stone's throw from the Auditorium, a multifaceted cultural epicenter and at the summit of the historic center trident: Via del Corso (the main shopping street), Via di Ripetta and Via del Babuino. The artists and painters of Via Margutta immediately after and Piazza di Spagna a few steps away. Colosseum and Vatican? Just a few metro or bus stops to reach them. The accommodation is 200 meters away from the Flaminio underground station, on Line A. In two stops you are in Via Veneto Area, or in St. Peter's/Vatican area. From there also it's possible to take tram 2 to Auditorium and the Olympic Stadium. The bus network, which stops at Piazzale Flaminio, offers connections with Via Veneto, Piazza Venezia, Colosseo and Circo Massimo, Policlinico and Tiburtina. The accommodation is located in Via della Penna, just outside the ZTL area of Piazza del Popolo and Tridente. There are some public parkings (blue) around the building.
