The apartments and houses that we offer are in the most beautiful areas of the city and all recently renovated. All are cozy with upscale amenities, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It’s possible to take a very close bus or metro to get around the city from side to side but our advice is to walk just about anywhere and discover historical alleyways, romantic restaurants and hidden corners that will remain in your heart forever! Just renovated and full of comfort apartment. The house has a living room with fully equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom with a large shower and a lovely balcony. Guests will have free Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room, heating, bed linen and towels. On request, it is possible to have a transfer service with driver (by car or van) that can take guests directly from the airport gate to the front of the apartment. Tourist tax of euro 3.50 per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) per person (not applicable to children under 10 years) to be paid in cash upon arrival. For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability. For over 4 weeks reservations, the electricity will be charged to guests and paid according to consumption (the cost is euro 0.40 per kw ). For long stay reservation an utilities deposit of euro 200 is required.

Trastevere is just a few minutes by 8 line tram, which stops 5 minutes from the apartment. Near the apartment you will find one of the most delicious ice cream stores in Rome (Ping Pong) and a few steps walk you can get to the 'iron bridge', crossing the Tiber, from which you can admire Gazometro: a sample of industrial archeology. Less than 20 minutes by walk, across the Tiber River, is the Pyramid, the MACRO Museum and Testaccio, particular district with many restaurants and nightclubs. Next to the house is the 170 line bus , leading to the center of town (Isola Tiberina, Piazza Venezia and Termini) through the side of Testaccio. While a 5-minute walk, in front of the Trastevere station, there are H line bus or 8 line tram, that arrive to the center of Rome getting through Trastevere, other particular area with winding streets covered with cobblestones and medieval houses. Around the house there are all kinds of shops and supermarkets. The house is easily reachable from Fiumicino Airport by train to Trastevere station and then a 5 minute walk, or from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports you can reach Termini station by train ,and from there take the bus H or 170.
