The apartment was nice, just like in the pictures. On the first floor there is a bathroom, open space living and kitchen and upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with 1 shared bathroom. The apartment was clean and warm (and e went there in January). The bedrooms are spacious enough for couples. There is a minimarket close to the location with very good prices. The area is nice and quiet. I recommend it.

The apartment, completely restored in 2009 with a modern style, is on two floors. On the ground floor there is the living area, which includes the entrance hallway, a large living room with sofa, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and an exclusive courtyard equipped with a small table with chairs. Upstairs there is the sleeping area with two bedrooms: one with double bed and one with two single beds. The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer,iron and ironing board.

The apartment is located in the quiet quarter of Cannaregio, where you can still feel the special atmosphere of Venice, rich in charm and history. Walking through the picturesque narrow streets you can reach, in just a few minutes, Strada Nova, and then Rialto Bridge and St. Marco. The proximity to the vaporetto stop of “Madonna dell’Orto” (100 m.) allows you to reach the apartment from the airport in just 30 minutes, or use public transport for easy access to the major historical attractions of Venice (Piazza S. Marco, Rialto, Fenice, etc.). It is also easy to reach the islands, such as Murano, Burano and Torcello and the headquarters of the Biennale.
