This very peaceful and bright apartment is located on the fourth floor and is spread over two levels. Thanks to its warm tones, the living room is very welcoming, with a sofa, a dining table and a fireplace. The kitchen, equipped with every tool needed to prepare a delicious meal, is completed also with an oven and a microwave, and has access to a balcony. The sleeping area consists of one bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The wooden stairs in the entrance lead to the second level of the apartment where it opens to another living area. This area is flooded with light thanks to the large windows and a glass door that give access to the jewels of the property: two terraces, one of which with a wooden pergola that makes it possible to enjoy it also during the warmest hours. The apartment is equipped with two full bathrooms, one with a bath and one with shower, decorated with turquoise mosaic tiles. Wi-Fi and air-conditioning complete the property.
