The two apartments very bright, quiet and cozy, are located on the first floor of a former convent. They consist of one double bedroom, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner whenever you want (oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, etc.), one bathroom with tub. The living room has a lovely terrace overlooking the Tuscan countryside, where you can relax and enjoy a good glass of wine, back from the "hard work" as a tourist. On the same floor there is the other apartment, smaller, consisting of one double bedroom, a living room with a single sofa bed, kitchenette, and a bathroom with tub. A few steps away you can find bars, restaurants and wine bars where you can sip fine wines of Chianti and beyond, the post office, ATM, the pharmacy, a grocery and the bus stop to Florence. We are in the small and quiet district of Settignano, just 20 minutes from the historic center of Florence, easily accessible by car or bus, and it is the ideal place for those who love the peace and the atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside. The village, nestled in the hills overlooking the city, is surrounded by green forests and beautiful Tuscan countryside, and offers breathtaking views over the entire city. A few steps away from the apartment you can find the bus stop to Florence, ATM, the post office, bars, restaurants and wine bars , where you can sip fine wines of Chianti, the pharmacy and the food-shop. Resort since ancient times for its freshness, its vineyards, its fields of olive trees and the typical landscape of formal gardens, Settignano has given birth to several sculptors of the Florentine Renaissance, and has hosted over the years artists from everywhere. The surrounding area offers the possibility to make pleasant walks and outdoor excursions through woods and olive trees until you reach the beautiful Vincigliata Castle and quarries of Maiano, as well as the nice village of Fiesole, where you can enjoy a wonderful view on the whole city of Florence.
