I am an open-minded person, creative and willing to meet different people who love pleasant conviviality. I love to walk, good food and good wine and various disciplines such as ashtanga vinyasa yoga. I also organize boat trips and excursions to the mountains and to the most beautiful and important (for me) sites of Sicily. I shared apartments several times during my stays around Europe and in my city, I am an animal lover and I have 2 dogs, Barbi and Chievinni (mother and son). I am respectful of the privacy and the environment and I love to share the time, when possible, with my guests. I work with food and wine tourism also, and I never get bored!

- The apartment has been completely sanitized using alcohol and 120 degrees Celsius steam - This is my favorite apartment! The apartment is furnished with everything you may need, including A/C! The apartment’s interiors have been recently renovated with wood flooring, panoramic French windows and modern appliances (washing machine, A/C…). There is also an amazing huge terrace, where you can enjoy the cool shade during Summer. In the next few weeks the apartment will undergo some renovations with water-based paint, natural and odorless (only when it’s not reserved by guests, obviously), therefore some details like paintings and furniture may be different from the pictures to ease the renovations. Guests access Guests will have the whole apartment for themselves. Unfortunately, there’s no Wi-Fi yet, but there are two possible solutions: you can either access the free city Wi-Fi or I can provide you (free of charge) with a flash drive with 2 giga/day worth of Internet. Also, during rainy weeks, terrace furniture is replaced to prevent water from ruining the wood.

We are located in the historical city centre, where cars are not allowed (ZTL: limited traffic zone), unless you get a daily 5-euro pass. Whatever you decide, our apartment is just 10 minutes walking from both Palermo Central Station (if you travel by train) and via Lincoln, where it’s quite easy to find a parking spot. INSIDE THE APT: To turn on the A/C, use the grey remote and hold the orange button for a few seconds. In the kitchen, next to the light switch, there is one for the water pump. If there is not enough water pressure, put said switch on 1 to solve the problem. To turn the internet on, you'll need to open the back cover of the internet flash drive, where you'll find username and password. You can dispose of the trash in via Livorno, otherwise we can take care of it for 20 euros. Also, it's mandatory to leave plates and cutlery clean, otherwise we can do it for you for 20 euros.
