Spacious, classy and quiet flat in the heart of the historical center of Naples, located in a monumental building that dates back to the XVII century. The 110-square-metres flat is very comfortable, well furnished, and can host up to 5 people. It is strategically located, just a couple of minutes walking from the main points of interest of the city. The flat, located on the second floor of an historical monumental building of the XVII century, is made of a wide living room (equipped with a comfortable double-bed-sofa), a studio room (with a comfortable sofa-bed), and a spacious bedroom (double bed) on a nice mezzanine. There are also a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. The flat can host up to 5 people. The house is in the historic center, a neighborhood very full of life. But the house overlooks a small typical street of Greek Naples "vicoletto" and therefore it is very quiet and peaceful, and you can sleep very well! But there is no view, because the house faces the back of a church. It is a very typical situation of Naples. My house is really very beautiful, like the pictures, furnished with antiques and valuable ceramics.

I am Neapolitan, lawyer, I live with my husband, we have no children. A few months ago the apartment where he went to live just moved has returned free, and we decided to open it to guests. I love my city, I know well, as I love to travel and meet different people and cultures. I think for a traveler / tourist is especially nice to experience a place with those who know him and love him.

The flat is really easy to get to (it is just 5 minutes walking from the metro station “Piazza Dante”). It is located in a great place for those who want to experience the truest Neapolitan atmosphere and easily visit all the buildings, architectures and famous places of the historical centres. Also, the building is very quiet and allows you to rest and restore for the night. All the points of interest are easily reachable by walking just a couple of minutes. The most famous and best-ranked pizzerias are just 2 minutes away from the flat. The building, Palazzo Filangieri d’Arianello, was built between the end of the XVI and the beginning of the XVII century. It is located on a “cardine” of the Ancient Greek Naples, it is in front of a nice square with a garden, the Largo Proprio d’Arianello.
