Studio Genovesi is an independent studio, recently renovated, located in the historic center on the ground floor of an ancient building in Via dei Genovesi, in the medieval quarter of Castello. There is an equipped kitchenette, complete with microwave oven, induction hob, fridge with ice compartment, toaster and electric kettle. The apartment features a double bed, two comfortable armchairs and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower is equipped with washer dryer, hairdryer and electric water heater. An ironing board with steam iron is also available. Bed linen and towels (including beach towels) are included. The air-conditioned environment is available and free WiFi is available. The structure is ideal for a holiday, study, work or to attend events such as the colorful Sagra di Sant'Efisio on May 1st.

The apartment is located in the university area, a stone's throw from the Elephant Tower and the Santa Croce and Saint Remy bastions with characteristic restaurants, bars and aperitifs. It is also a short distance from the Duomo and Palazzo Regio (3 minutes on foot), from the Cittadella dei Musei (6 minutes on foot) and other sites of interest such as the Roman Amphitheater and the Botanical Garden (14 minutes on foot) ). The station and the port are 20 and 15 minutes away on foot. A few minutes to reach the shopping center streets. The famous Poetto beach is 5 km away and the airport is 6 km away. The area is limited to traffic, so it is forbidden to transit from midnight to 09:00 the next morning. If you do not find a free parking in via Dei Genovesi, there is a 5 minute walk (via Cammino Nuovo, see Google maps). In this case parking is free on Sundays and public holidays. On other days it is free from h13 to h16 and h20 to h9 the next morning. The parking cost is 50 cents in the remaining hours. This parking is, however, out of the restricted traffic area, therefore accessible even after midnight.
