Our Apartment is located inside an electronic gate complex which is very safe and secure .This is a dream location in which to experience the rare and authentic Dolce Vita. The welcoming local Italians, excellent local food, beautiful vineyards, olive oil, rich in historical places and stunning scenery combine to create a holiday - spettacolare! The ancient village of Valentano is only a 5 minute walk. The apartment overlooks beautiful mountains and the magnificent Lake Bolsena (largest inland lake in Europe). This location offer the authentic Italian experience. Our apartment has two comfortable bed rooms - one over looking the lake and also has a very spacious living area. There is un restricted access to Wi-Fi , TV / DVD - with several books and DVDS available to enhance your stay. You will find an information booklet (in many languages) in the apartment that explains - how to use and find everything. Upon arrival you will find complementary - Milk , Bread and Cereal.

We (couple with 3 children )have owned the property for 16 years and holiday here ourselves twice a year . Our apartment is managed and cleaned by a wonderful local couple Piero and Cinzia .

Many of the apartments are occupied by Local Italian people - so we request that all occupants respect their peace and tranquillity. The Apartment overlooks the lake and the local lake resort of Capodimonte . -It,s a 5 minute drive . This beautiful lake side resort and Marina has easy parking (50 cent per hour) adjacent to the beach, restaurants, wine bars and Gelaterie - Ice cream parlours! . Local water sports activities and markets are a feature of the area etc. Our apartment is within an hours drive of Tuscany and many local historic attractions.
