The apartment is close to Mi.Co., Fiera Milano City and Sempione Park. In the immediate vicinity many different places, shops, restaurants and supermarkets such as Il Gattopardo cafè disco, the Japanese restaurant Iyo and the Massimo del Gelato. You will like the apartment for these reasons: high ceilings, location, people and atmosphere. The structure is suitable for couples, solitary adventurers, business travelers and families (with children). Beautiful renovated two-room apartment in the Sempione area within a "railing" complex in the old Milan style, also recently renovated. Composed of a large double room with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, a full bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine as well as a living room-kitchen with large comfortable sofa bed for two people and a table to eat comfortably in 4/6 people. In the house there are fast Wi-Fi connection (100 MB / sec), Smart TV, Free Nespresso Tabs, tea and mocha, well equipped new kitchen with large oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, washing machine and toaster, hair dryer and iron . Towels and sheets are included.

Il Sempione is a very nice area, less than 5 minutes on foot and all around the house there are numerous solutions for an aperitif, a pizza, a good restaurant or a few drinks. From the popular trattoria to the finest restaurant, from the pub to the cocktail lounge bar, from the club with live music to the club. Also at a distance of 5 minutes on foot you can reach over 4 different supermarkets to numerous small shops / wine shops. On Saturday and Tuesday in the street around the corner there is the Via Fauchè market. The silent area, very well served by transport, quiet and safe, full of green areas, perfect for a romantic weekend, a week of work or a family trip. Corso Sempione, 88 is very close to FieraMilanoCity, therefore reachable with various public transport and modes depending on the starting point. It is in fact a 5-minute walk from Piazza Cadorna (last stop of the Malpensa Express). In two / five minutes walk from the building you can reach surface lines as the no. 1, nr. 12, nr, 14, nr. 19, nr, 33, nr. 37, n. 37, n. 43, n. 57 and nr. 78, the northern railways and the subway at the stations of Milan Domodossola and Gerusalemme.
