The Villa is located 30m far from the sea in the marvelous reef of Mongerbino, famous for Cape Zafferano. It's a place characterized by little maritime town: Santa Flavia, Sant'Elia and Porticello. Palermo is just 12 km far. The Villa has a garden of 3000m2 special for a wonderful mediterranean vegetation, with olives trees, palms, agaves, cactus, geraniums and brooms. The garden has a path, that goes down to the greatest sea of the reef. In the bay down of the Villa there are platforms, to take the sun in relax just 2m far from the sea. This Villa is a clear example of modern architecture, in a precious natural environment. The Villa is composed by a big unique central space (entrance-dining room-living room with chimney) with huge glasses wall as a facade that give the possibility to go in the main terrace that bring you properly in front of the sea with a marvelous view. This view is characterized by the horizon and Cape Zafferano, the beautiful Cape near by the Villa. The Villa has a main floor with two master bedroom, two bathroom, living, kitchen and a downstairs floors with two independent rooms: a double single + a master bedroom both with a bathroom.

I was born in Palermo the city where i grown up until the end of the high school, my university study brought me around of the world for 7 years (SVITZERLAND-NETHERLANDS-AUSTRALIA-UK), when i have got my graduation in architecture at the Accademy of architecture of Mendrisio i came back in my city. I'm definitively into architecture, moreover i love any creative expression the human being is be able to do. I definitely like to discover and enjoy natural places freely, i'm always looking for great emotions from it. I'm curious to know always new interesting people, to get richer and precious my experiences, it is the reason why i do enjoy to share my Villa beauties with other people.
