Sabina is a wonderful host who was extremely helpful and informative. She was there when needed and never intrusive. The villa is a short walk from the lovely perched Principality of Seborga. There are some lovely walks in the mountains behind the villa and expansive sea views from both the villa, walks and general environs. We had a very pleasant stay and look forward to being back. Big thanks to Sabrina!

Beautiful views of the pre-Alps and the French Italian Riviera The property is an independent Villa with private garden and parking that can host up to 6 people. Cozy living room with fireplace and flat screen TV, private kitchen and garden, you can dine and rest in total relax with an astonishing view.
The property lies in the principality of Seborga where in 1117 the first nine Templar knights were ordained and is the first unique sovereign Cistercian State in history. The property is situated on the edge of a protected park reserve over looking the principalities of Seborga and Monaco with majestic unobstructed views of the French Riviera coast line as far as the hills of San Tropez. An experience of authentic Italian country living while in close proximity to vibrant cities such as San Remo, Bordighera, Menton and Monte Carlo. Dining and eating out: The area is renowned for its authentic Italian cuisine especially its excellent fish dishes. Enjoy a memorable meal overlooking the harbour in San Remo or why not have a quiet meal in one of the quaint restaurants in the cobbled streets of the old town. If one prefers French cuisine, the fashionable resort of Menton is only 15 - 20 min drive away.
