Within walking distance of the main tourist attractions, located near the San Lorenzo district and a 5-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Station. Equipped with all the comforts of a modern home. It features: a double bedroom, a single room and a double sofa bed in the living area; two bathrooms with shower and a kitchen equipped with dishes, utensils and modern appliances (stove, oven, washing machine and dishwasher) Bright and spacious living area with dining table and television. It can accommodate up to 5 people, ideal for families and groups of friends. Wifi connection throughout the apartment. Air conditioning present in the living room and in the two bedrooms. A set of towels and bed linen available to each guest. Located on the first floor, no elevator. One flight of stairs to reach the apartment. Conveniently located for easy walking distance to major tourist attractions. It is located within a lively and dynamic district in the historic center. It is located in a restricted traffic zone, so it is not possible to park your car in the surrounding streets; you can park in a private garage nearby. --------------------- Service limitation: According to the Decree of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of lighting of facilities for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.

BY BOOKING MY APARTMENT, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING RULES: - In accordance with current anti-terrorism legislation, during check-in we will ask you for your ID or passport to be registered with the Department of Public Safety. If you do not have the documents or lack the required information by law we will not be able to check you in. - Check-in time is from 2pm to 8pm. Late check-in, if previously agreed, is possible at a cost as indicated in our conditions. - Check-out time is by 11:00 am; - Other possible guests have to be previously agreed with our staff; - Parties are not allowed; - Crib and high chair available upon request, at a cost of twenty euros per stay; - Please be quiet after 11 pm and avoid to slam the doors; - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment; - If anything breaks, please let us know. We will come to check it; - Take care of your keys. In case of unreturned and or lost apartment keys, you will be charged for the replacement of the lock for safety reasons; - For urgent interventions caused by guests out of office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of will be required; - Tourists are required to pay the city tax of four euro per person per night (except minors under 12 and guests residents in Florence); - The apartment is situated in a limited traffic area (ZTL) reserved to residents, therefore you can’t park your car everywhere. The only way to enter the ZTL without getting fined and to park your car is to bring it in a private parking situated inside the Limited Traffic Area.
