Very close to the train station and tram stop, Conad supermarket (with Halal section) right below the apartment, walking distance to many attractions. Despite its location, street noise was minimal - soundproofing was excellent. Liked the washer and dryer in the apartment - saved a lot on laundry costs! Kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook breakfast and dinner. Hosts were very friendly and responsive.

This bright and cozy apartment is located on the third floor with elevator of a renovated building, just in front of SMN Station, at a walking distance from all the major sightseeing of the city center. It is ideal for families, friends and travellers who want to stay right in the center of Florence. Recently restorated, the apartment has a living with an equipped kitchenette, a dining area with a cupboard, a glass and steel made table with chairs, a comfortable sofa bed which can be easly turned into a double bed and a flat TV screen. From the living you can access the double bedroom. A wide bathroom with shower and a washing/dryer machine complete the apartment. It will be our pleasure to welcome you and to give you any tip and suggestion regarding city tours, tours around Tuscany, cooking classes, restaurants. Everything just to make your stay in this enchanting city an unforgettable experience to tell!

Located in front of SMN Station, we are a stone's throw from everything you want to visit in Florence: Piazza Santa Maria Novella, Piazza Domo, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, Bargello Museum, Dante's Birthplace, Casa Buonarroti, a Palace-museum of the 17th century with frescoes, that houses the first drawings and marble reliefs by Michelangelo. We are also a couple of block from to the characteristic central and famous market of San Lorenzo, one of the oldest in Florence, and to the Verdi Theater.
