Handy to restaurants, transport and sightseeing. Clean and warm, very quiet, comfortable bed, loved staying in an Italian style apartment. Full kitchen and it was handy being able to use the washing machine and dryer. Good communication and directions for getting there.

Central located and yet very quiet, San Gervasio is a 115 square meters typical old venetian revenue, completely renovated in 2018, with high ceilings, venetian terrace floors, furnished in venetian style and Murano glass chandeliers. Perfect for two couples or families, the apartment is distributed in two floors: on the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a large fully equipped kitchen provided with dishwasher, one bathroom, laundry with washing machine and dryer. On the first floor there is the main bathroom and two large bedrooms. The apartment is provided with central air conditioning, fast WiFi connection, flat tv and safe.
San Gervasio apartment as well as Bacanal and Isepo apartments, is owned and personally runned by Caterina and GianFranco a venetian couple. Caterina supervises all the details and prepares the apartment to make you feel like home. Gianfranco speaks fluent english and welcomes his guests at the boat stop of Zattere, and gives all the tips a venetian resident can give, in order to enjoy Venice at the most.
San Gervasio Apartment is located in Dorsoduro one of the finest district of Venice, just next to beautiful Zattere walk where, you can have a spritz (typical venetian drink)side to the Giudecca Canal, or eat in one of the restaurants or just walk admiring the historical Mulino Stucky, now The Venice Hilton and the Church of Redentore. Next to the apartment there is the Squero of San Trovaso one of the few places where you can see how Gondolas are still made . Or in a few minutes you can reach the Accademia Museum of Fine Arts or walk through beautiful San Vio area, with its art galleries and suggestive atmosphere till Guggenheim Collection of modern art and the beautiful Salute Church. If you cross the Accademia bridge instead in less then 10 minutes you reach Saint Mark's Square or the Rialto Bridge. From Zattere stop you can reach in 15 minutes by public line 5.1 the parking area of Piazzale Roma from where departs the shuttle bus to Venice Marco Polo airport or Treviso airport and the train station of Santa Lucia. From Zattere stop departs also line 2 that goes to the Port of Venice and line 6 and in 10 minutes reach the beautiful Lido beach and the Lido Golf Cours
