This property is in the semi-central area of the city and has two rooms. Within 8 minute's walk from the beach and the city centre, the rooms are on the second floor of a building equipped with a lift. The ideal choice for not being disturbed by the noise of the nightlife and above all in a strategic position for getting around by car, given the presence of a large free public car park in front of the accommodation. Free high-speed WiFi throughout the building. The continental breakfast enriched with fresh, local and 'like Mum used to make' food is served every morning in the common area. Having breakfast privately in the room is possible at no additional cost. House cleaning, with the change of towels provided daily - bed linen change every 3 days. The owners wanted to create a British-style Bed&Breakfast by placing at the guests' disposal recently renovated independent rooms which guarantee tranquillity, comfort and privacy, all supplemented by warm hospitality and family-style availability in the shared common areas (entrance and breakfast room). The B&B has bright and comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning and a fully equipped balcony. The rooms take their name from crystals with healing properties: the Amethyst, which favours calm and security, is dominated by lilac and white colours. With 3 beds. The Quartz, which helps calm and well-being, is dominated by green and gold colours. It has 2 beds. All accommodations have central heating, air conditioning, beds with wooden slats, comfortable and quality mattresses, linens, toiletries, a desk, wardrobe, refrigerator, flat-screen TV, kettle with complete tea/coffee set, and hairdryer.

B&B Rizzi Marianna is an excellent location for those who travel by car, being a short walk from the centre and having a large free car park in front of the building. The neighbourhood is well-served, with a mini-market, a bar and a pizzeria. Located in the semi-central area away from the chaos of the centre, it allows you to combine a restful holiday. Ideal base for visiting places of historical and cultural interest such as Polignano a mare, Castellana caves, trulli of Alberobello, Valle d'Itria, Ostuni, and Matera, Fasano zoo, ruins of Egnatia. But without however renouncing days at the beach and the nightlife of the historic centre, which is just about 900 meters away. The historic centre also has typical paths, flowered balconies, rock churches, elegant period buildings, a castle and city walls. Monopoli is a hidden gem of Puglia to discover. Countless activities and places of interest to experience and visit: even a ten days stay will seem too short to appreciate everything this place has to offer. Contrada festivals, bike excursions and the Itria valley represent only the beginning of a memorable holiday. To top it all, scuba diving, canoeing, boat trips, walks in the historic centre and tasting local food such as mozzarella, taralli and olive oil are available in the area. Days of relaxation basking in the sun in the beautiful "calette marine" surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, adorned with marine rocks that overlook crystal clear waters with fine sandy beaches, cannot be missing. It is also possible to dine in the typical restaurants that will delight you with the flavours of our traditional Mediterranean cuisine. PS: You enter our house as guests and leave as friends!
