Perfect location close to the centre and a 5 minute walk to the Piazza Grande. The apartment is excellent. Comfortable with all facilities provided. Our host, Maurizio, was extremely helpful and informative regarding historical sites to visit and all local amenities. We were travelling by train and he kindly met us at the railway station and dropped us back there at the end of our stay.

You will feel at home, this is the goal, and I will be of support for any need. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to stay, you will only have to bring your personal things. Private apartment for tourist rental, by Italian law requires the stipulation of a short-term rental contract at no cost. In the message that will be sent to you at the time of booking (read the "Important information to read" part), the contract will be forwarded and will be filled out and signed at check in. Supplied with all linen, house/kitchen cleaning products and personal hygiene (shampoo, shower, hands, shower cap).

Apartment in the historic center 250 meters from Piazza Grande, in a 18th/19th century condominium building of medieval origins, on the ground floor (there are 7 steps to climb), completely renovated in 2014, with parquet, original terracotta, beamed ceiling and exposed terracotta tiles, arches above the windows, Serena stone architraves above the doors and wall colors taken from the originals. Furnished with antique and modern furniture, it offers an art gallery of local artists with paintings, sculptures and various collections. It offers a welcoming private terrace sheltered from prying eyes, furnished with plants and flowers and equipped with a large table and umbrella. Smart TV in the living area which will allow you to view your Pay TV accounts. Fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, dishwasher) including all basic necessities including water, oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee for Moka, Nespresso espresso machine with Kimbo capsules, carafe for infusions (American coffee), kettle, teapot, tea, herbal teas, chamomile, many dried aromatic herbs (plants on the terrace of thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano), chopper, immersion whisk, citrus juicer, all types of utensils, kitchen paper, baking paper, dried fruit, decanter and wine glasses, sweets, candles and incense, aroma diffuser and Moroccan essences. Washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline available. Double pillows for bed. Blackout curtains on the living area windows for sofa bed use. Use of fireplace on request with supplement including an initial supply of wood, additional wood added for a fee according to consumption. Closed place to leave your bicycles. Apartment in restricted traffic zone, free public and covered paid parking at 350/500 meters, where upon arrival I will come to pick you up with my car.
