On the 1 Floor of an elegant early 900' building, the Apartment Consists of 3 Double Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Living room, Dining room, Kitchen Equipped, 2 Balcony, Wi-Fi, Nespresso Coffee Machine. - Ideal for Families, Groups or Couples - 20 min. walk to Historic Center, 15' to Concert Area (Nelson Mandela Forum) and Stadium. - 900 meters from Campo Marte Train Station- In front of the house: Bus Stop, Coffe Bar-Pastry, Laundry, Restaurant, Taxi Stand, and other amenities.. For those arriving by car you can find parking in the surrounding streets. For who needs there are various covered pay parkings in the area, one a few meters away (Autorimessa Affrico Via Landucci 2R) and one automated in the Square (Piazza Alberti) - The apartment Can accomodate Max 6 person-(additional guests are Not allowed) - No Parties - Minors are admitted Only and Exclusively accompanied by their parents -
