For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres. Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, accompany you to the apartment and will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct chat contact, guaranteeing rapid and personalized assistance. Our goal is to make you feel pampered and well cared for throughout your stay at DesenzanoLoft. The check in time for this apartment is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, for arrivals after 7.00 pm and up to 11.30 pm there is a supplement of Euro 50.00

This charming apartment located in the heart of the old quay of the port stands out for its position and the suggestive view it offers to its guests. On the second floor of a small building served by an elegant lift, we find this welcoming "open space". At the entrance we are greeted by a room with a large American kitchen, dining room, ornamental fireplace, double bed, single sofa bed, double window from where we can admire a unique panorama of the city of Desenzano del Garda as well as a SMART TV. which allows the use of the Internet and the viewing of NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME and other similar channels. The apartment has a hallway with wardrobe and sink and a large bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, sink, mirror and bidet. Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen complete the description of this super apartment that we recommend for a couple even with a child or a friend in tow.
