Beautifully decorated apartment in an excellent location, in the pedestrian centre of the famous city of Como. Porta Torre Loft apartment is the perfect spot for interior design lovers and it is located just by the ancient city walls. With its dark resin floors and an iron minimalist open staircase, this modern apartment is a must-stay for a couple or a solo traveller looking for a metropolitan atmosphere. Designer leather armchairs and a white sofa-bed are there for guests to relax after exploring Lake Como. The compact kitchen with its stainless steel large countertop offers plenty of room to cook delicious meals or just lazily slice a take-away yummy Italian pizza. The double bedroom is on the mezzanine and it features a cosy double bed and a warm hardwood wooden flooring. The sofa bed in the living area can accomodate two extra guests. The bathroom is very elegant with resin dark walls and floor and it features a modern shower. The location is absolutely prime, just by the medieval Como city walls, a stone’s throw away from the open air markets and all the Como shopping hot spots. Private parking in the courtyard avaliable upon request. The apartment is located on the ground floor, and there is also a ramp for wheelchair access. There is private parking available at an additional cost. Street parking is also available. In Via Rezzonico, you can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket, or use the "EasyPark" app. There are also paid parking garages in the city: “VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, “JASCA” in Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, and “TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

Everything is a walking distance away: bars, shops, restaurants, sightseeing objects, and Como lake. The nearby farmer's market (Mercato coperto) sells fresh produce (seasonal vegetables, cheese, meat, fish, etc.) that the guests can use to prepare delicious meals in the kitchen.
