Podere la Rondine is a typical country house builted in 1700 and finely restored, close to the downtown of Prato but in the quiet atmosphere of the countryside. It's the best place to enjoy your holiday down the Prato hills, at only five minutes from the old town centre and from Prato Centrale train station, and at 15km from Florence. It's been our family house for ten years and today we are glad to share it with our guests, to let them feel the essence of a tuscany home, with its architepture, its interiors, its garden and its olive tree grove, close to the city centre but apart from it at the same time. In our breakfast room, every morning you can taste our homemade cakes, biological cereals, yogurt, fruitjuices, bread, butter, honey, marmelades and fresh fruit (and ham, cheese and eggs on request of course). The guests can even enjoy the biblioteque and the large living room with its view on the garden. From the same garden, walking along the small greenhouse and the vegetable garden, you will arrive at the quiet olive tree grove, for a relaxing walkinga round in nature.
