Check-in (after 16.00) and check-out (before 10.00) take place at our agency in Viale Orsa Maggiore 57. Our real estate agency is open all year, during summer everyday: from Monday to Saturday from 9.00 to 12.30 and from 16.00 to 19.00 on Sundays and holidays from 10.00 to 12.30 and from 16.00 to 18.00 We are always happy to help our customers with information about the apartments or activities to do in Grado and surroundings. Our agency works with buying-and-selling and holidays rental apartments all located in Grado Pineta, 4 km far from the historical town centre. We have almost one hundred apartments, suitable for every need: from small studio-apartments to big apartments with 6 beds, some that allow pets as well, some complete with air conditioning, parking place, washing machine, dishwasher and all the comforts for a total-relax-holiday. All our apartments are located max 400 m far from the beach, some of them are placed directly at the beach on the seafront of Pineta.

House Pineta is located 200 m far from the beach in Grado Pineta and presents two different types of apartments: the studio-apartments and the one-bedroom-apartments, both with private parking place, private bathroom and air conditioning. The studio apartments are on ground floor with a small private garden, and have a living room with sleeping couch, a cooking area, a double bed located on the mezzanine accessible by wooden ladder, pets allowed with extra costs. The one-bedroom-apartments are on first floor without lift and have a living room with sleeping couch, a kitchen, a bedroom, a terrace; pets not allowed. ATTENTION: bed-linen, towels and final cleaning not included in the price (they can be reserved separately). All the personal goods like toilet paper, napkins, sponges, detergents and foods are not present in the apartment and must be self-arranged.

Grado Pineta is a quiet area, 4 km far from the historical town centre, to which is linked by busses and a bicycle lane along the beach. Grado Pineta has all the essential services, such as supermarket, backery, pharmacy, cafés, restaurants, newspapers' shop, tobacco shop, clothes' shops. There are some bathhouses with beach stands and restaurants, some areas of free beach where people can place their own sun-umbrellas and sunbeds, and also the dog beach "Snoopy" for our furry friends. In the area "Largo Punta Barbacale" many activities take place, like entertaning nights with the circus, choire performances, group dances, kids' stories reading and much more. The beach is sandy with shallow water, and is very appreciated by families with small children which can play safely; water is very clean and presents a variety of seagrass and water animals, which have granted us the "Bandiera Blu" (blue flag) for many years already.
