Our house is located exactly in Pozzale a quiet villagge over Pieve di Cadore. You are in the heart of the Dolomites, out of the noise and the traffic, out of the mass tourism, here you can still enjoy the real taste of Dolomites. The house has the forest around and a big lawn from where you can enjoy an amazing view on the valley. Our goal is sharing with you our passion and our knowledge of the Dolomites, and helping you to organize your perfect holiday! We organize ACTIVE HOLIDAYS at our lodge! My husband Diego is MOUNTAIN GUIDE and SKI INSTRUCTOR, he can guide you climbing or skiing in all the Dolomites or give you all the information that you need to make your holiday special. We live at the ground floor at your disposal for any help. We have books and maps of the area, both the apartments have the Free WiFi connection. The apartments are in the mansard all wood furnishing. In the garden you have barbecue, tables, slide and swings for the children. Private parking.
I'm Nicoletta and Diego is my husband. We have two wonderful boys, Giovanni 10 years and Pietro 5. I moved from Venice to Dolomites some years ago. Diego is a real mountain man, born and grown up in Dolomites. I always loved mountains and mountain sports so when I met Diego I understood 'the way to follow'. I left my job and my house.....and I changed my life. Diego let me loved mountains more and more, mountains are his life and his job.... we travelled a lot around the world climbing and trekking until Giovanni arrived so we stopped....then Pietro arrived and we stopped again.....But only for the moment...as soon as they have the right age we start again traveling, climbing and skiing around the world!!!!
Our area, the Dolomiti del Cadore, is a magnificent place with amazing views and many things to do! We are 30 Km from the well known Cortina, 20 Km from Auronzo, 25 Km from Misurina Lake and Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In the Lake of Centro Cadore where you can go sailing or with the SUP or the Canoes. The Adventure park is in Caralte, where you can enjoy the adventure of climbing on the trees or taking a bath in the fresh little lake. The longest Bike Route of Dolomites, "La lunga via delle Dolomiti", starts from Calalzo and arrive to Lienz in Austria crossing Cortina and San Candido! You can change the Dolomites group to discover every day, trekking, hiking, climbing: Spalti di Toro, Tudaio, Antelao, Monte Rite (with the Messner Museum), Pelmo, Tre Cime di Lavaredo, Lago di Misurina....and many many others.. You can try the Vie ferrate, a safe and wonderful way to live the mountains. In winter time you can discover the Dolomites with skies or the snowshoes: " Cadore, regno delle ciaspe", we have many many paths to enjoy the peace of the Dolomites surrounded by the most authentic nature.... For the slopes you can reach Cortina, San Vito di Cadore or Auronzo.
