Located on the third floor of a residential building, this newly refurbished apartment is truly about location, location, location as you are right in the heart of the old centre of Naples, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Nilo’s Flat is a cosy and neatly furnished apartment equipped with all the necessary comforts of an inner city lodge. Measuring 40 square metres, the apartment is newly refurbished with simple décor and includes a small dining and living area with sofabed option, neat kitchenette, bathroom with shower, WC and bidet and one double bedroom. The apartment enjoys air conditioning/heating, free Wifi connection and a washing machine.Parking and accessIf you need to bring a car, there is paid parking 500 metres from the apartment building. There is no lift access to the apartment, so be prepared to climb the spacious internal stairwell.
