Nice and bright studio in the Navigli district, practically overlooking the Darsena. It accommodates up to 2 people and is located on the 3rd floor of an "Old Milan" style building. Ideal for couples, solitary travelers and away workers in Milan. Small but nice studio located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a "railing" in the style of Old Milan, typical of the early century. Great for couples, away or single workers. The apartment is accessed from the balcony for exclusive use. A little gate in fact delimits the last section of railing. The window overlooks a small terrace below. The apartment consists of a single room with a double bed and a table for two. In the kitchenette you will find an under counter refrigerator, burners, a microwave oven, a kettle and a washing machine. The bathroom is small but well organized and there is also space for a large shower. The location of the apartment is extremely attractive, close to the Darsena and the Navigli. The Duomo is a 20-minute walk away.

The house overlooks the Darsena of Milan and is a short walk from the Navigli of Milan, one of the most characteristic areas of the city. The neighborhood has been completely reborn in recent years, very close to the center (20 minutes walk). The Navigli offer evocative and romantic views and along the waterways overlook delicious local restaurants and numerous restaurants of all kinds. The Navigli are lively places that in the evening come alive with people attracted by the Milanese "movida" and by the happy hours of the places full of atmosphere. Perfect for tourists as an ideal starting point to visit, even on foot, the most representative places in Milan. In Viale Col di Lana the tram n. 9 and 10 passes through the whole inner ring road of the city. Tram 15 in a few stops leads directly to the Duomo. Tram stop nr. 3 is a stone's throw away in Corso di Porta Ticinese and takes you directly to the Duomo. Porta Genova Metro Station is three hundred meters, a 10-minute walk away. For the rest we suggest you to walk along the Navigli and the Darsena which, besides being a pedestrian area, are the most characteristic place of the city.
