The 70m2 house is composed by: large bathroom with shower, Living room with kitchen and sofa bed, large bedroom with big wardrobe. Strategic position: beach (50m), cycling road 3km, bus stop (20m), restaurants and bars (50m), supermarket 500m. Ideal for couples (with or without children) or group of friends. Everything is at walking distance in case you don't have a car. Interiors are new with modern design. The house is fully furnished and it is provided with all the necessary: washing machine, towels, bed linen, slippers, orthopedic mattress for extra-comfortable sleep, all kitchen stuff - pans, pots, cutlery, coffee machine -, complimentary food - coffee, sugar, salt, olive oil -, shampoo and soap. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, dishwasher machine, kettle, toaster, 5 fires hob, large sink. The apartment is inside an historical building with very large stone walls (over 1m) that grant a very cool temperature in summer also without an air conditioner. All house is accessible by guests, only one wardrobe will be closed and unaccessible.

The neighborhood is outstanding, a small and very typical ligurian fishermen port where you can taste fantastic seafood. A first beach is at 50m while to reach the sea you just need to cross the road. Some of Imperia's best pubs and restaurants are located in the neighborhood (walking distance - 50m). A beautiful walk by the sea brings you to the Marina area where the other beaches and the touristic harbour are located. From San Lorenzo (3 km from Imperia) starts the longest cycling road by the sea we have in Europe and reaches almost the french border. The bus stop it's 20m from the house entrance, we have around the house parkings (most of them are free)
