Charming apartment on the second floor of an historical building that, thanks to the renovation in 2012, retrieved its original splendour: Palazzo Chiarandà, a noble building with a huge entrance and antique decor. It boasts many high-quality decors, from high ceilings to balcony railings and wood beams of the bedroom on the mezzanine floor. The entrance gives space to a large and bright living area with a sofa, armchairs and a workstation, in addition to a dining area. There is also access to the independent and fully equipped kitchen, provided also with an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. On the same floor guests will find the main bedroom, finely furnished with a queen-sized bed, together with a full bathroom with shower. Finally, walking up the staircase in the living area they will access the large mezzanine floor that houses a second bedroom with a french-sized bed that can accommodate a couple or two youths, and provided with a private bathroom with shower. The apartment is located in Via Maqueda, one of the most important streets of Palermo, a few steps away from the old market Ballarò, Via Roma and its shops, Piazza della Vergogna, Fontana Pretoria, Quattro Canti, Corso Vittorio Emanuele and the wonderful Cathedral of Palermo. The train Central Station is 5 minutes walking distance and is the end of line of trains and buses from/to the airport. There, there are also many connections to wonderful places such as Mondello and Monreale!
