Apartment located on the 1st floor of Via Broletto 39. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and consists of 2 bedrooms each with private bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as a living space with a large sofa bed, a "hidden" kitchen in a masterly manner and a table since dinner. The entrance to the apartment is in a bright living area where there is a dining table for six people, a television, a full design kitchen, and a relaxation area with a large and comfortable sofa bed in which to relax. The kitchen offers all the necessary comforts for cooking and eating. The oven and refrigerator are covered by mirror doors that make the kitchen, when not used, an elegant open wall. The living area is very bright thanks to the veranda overlooking an internal garden. The smaller room, made up of two single beds, has direct access to the internal private bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower and an attached walk-in closet. The largest room has a double bed, a spacious walk-in closet and a bathroom with a large shower. Also, there is a small balcony. The apartment is equipped with a / c.
