Serpenti is a charming and cosy apartment in the heart of the Monti district. This third-floor apartment (50 m2) was recently refurbished. The parquet flooring and exposed ceilng beams lend the apartment its charm. Quattro Cantoni is a spacious and bright apartment with balcony in the heart of the Monti district. This bright and spacious second-floor apartment (95.7 m²) has a fabulous terrace (15 m²). There is no elevator in the building. It was recently updated and features beautiful Italian floor tiles and exposed ceiling beams. All windows have double panes.

The famous Monti hill, at the foot of Santa Maria Maggiore, is one of the oldest districts in Rome. It owes its name to the fact that it spans the Esquiline and Viminal Hills as well as parts of the Quirinal and Caelian Hills. Here, local craft shops are scattered throughout a maze of narrow, inclined streets. Fierce rivals of the Trasteverins, the inhabitants have proudly safeguarded the city’s identity throughout the centuries. The apartment itself is in a historic building in a picturesque cul-de-sac in the Monti district, at the foot of Santa Maria Maggiore (5-minute walk). It is close to public transportation (Metro Line B and buses nos. 75 and 117) and within walking distance of the Colosseum and the Palazzo delle Esposizioni on Via Nazionale (15 minutes).
