Located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, this apartment opens onto the living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining area and a TV, as well as an open-plan kitchenette, complete with dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. From here, there is access to a balcony with a small table for meals and aperitifs in the open air. The bedroom comes with a queen size bed, a chest of drawers, a built-in bookcase and a TV.
