The house sleeps up to 6 guests . On the first floor there are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom, while on the ground floor there are the kitchen and the living room, both opening onto the garden. These two floors are equipped with air-conditioning in order to allow guests to fully enjoy the property during the warmest days of summer. Lastly, on the lower ground floor, there is a billiard room connecting with a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
