Lovely small apartment with large terrace and lovely garden. New bathroom with washing maschine. There are also another terrace with a fantastic sea view. Private and secure parking. It is approximately 3 km along the road to Levanto and 1 km via a path. Direct access to the hiking trail to Monterosso. We were there for a week and only used the car once, otherwise we used our electric bikes and the train. One tip is to cycle on the bike path to the neighboring town of Bonarossa, where the beach is a little better than in Levanto. The owner Simone is extremely friendly and speaks English. His friendly parents live in the apartment above. The only small minus is that there are too few glasses and mugs in the kitchen. We give this property our best recommendation and would love to come again.

Das Vermieterehepaar Carla und Gianni sind äusserst nett und zuvorkommend. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Wir hätten eigentlich nichts mitnehmen müssen. Die Aussicht und die Ruhe ist phänomenal. Da wir unsere E-Bikes dabei hatten, war unser Auto während dem ganzen Aufenthalt auf dem eigenen Parkplatz abgestellt.

Nous avons tout aimé : l’accueil (faute de taxi à la gare, Gianni le papa de Simone est venu nous chercher), la bouteille de vin blanc au frais, la vue merveilleuse, le calme, les équipements, le jardin …. Les parents de Simone qui habitent au-dessus de notre logement, d’une grande gentillesse et serviabilité. C’est un lieu propice pour se détendre. Pour les personnes non motorisées comme nous l’étions, il faut savoir que « Le Paradis » se mérite ! A pied il faut compter 15 mn pour descendre en ville, et 1/2h pour aller à la gare. Mais la montée est rude ! Levanto est idéalement située pour visiter les Cinque Terre et c’est une station balnéaire très vivante et très agréable.

Perfekte Lage für Erholung und Ruhe. Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen. Zuvorkommende, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter (Wir waren ohne Auto da). Ausstattung war ausreichend für zwei Personen auch zum Kochen.

Lief echtpaar wat ons zeer hartelijk ontving. Alles was in het appartement aanwezig. Het ontbijt stond in de (koel)kast. Prachtig uitzicht. Aan de weg naar Monterosso. Levanto met gezellige restaurantjes op loopafstand.
