Our passion for Liguria, love for our land and the traditions of our people find expression in the style we used. We thought about what our country and our region has to offer, what enriches our land. Then we tried to express it with our choices. This is because we care about your stay and we do our best to offer a unique experience. All different, modern and tastefully decorated: each of our double rooms is equipped with private bathroom, safe, air conditioning, mini-bar, WiFi connection and smart-TV, a boiler for tea and herbal teas and access to a coffee machine. Some located on the first floor, others on the ground floor, we offer a comfortable solution for your stay in La Spezia and an excellent reference point for your visit to Le Cinque Terre. With the free late check-in you'll be able to access at any time! In each room it is also possible (request at least one day before your arrival is necessary) to customize the accommodation with two single beds or add a baby cot, or an extra bed. Our guesthouse, so close to the center and the train station, also provides a parking. Booking is necessary. It is a 2 minutes walk from La Spezia Centrale Station, 3 minutes from the pedestrian center of the city, but in a calm and quiet location, it is well connected by public transport that goes to Portovenere, Lerici, the harbour, the military area, and is very close to amenities, shops, clubs. The location is perfect. The property was completely renovated in November 22.
