We are Sara, Alessandro, Valentina, Silvia, Laura, Daniela, Loredana and Giuseppe. We have all worked for many years in different tourism tasks but in the end we recognized ourselves more in this type of hospitality, because it offers a different autonomy and independence than the hotel, which has taught us a lot, but which probably little resembles us. For some years we have been managing more than 60 apartments located throughout Italy and mainly in Lombardy, as well as 2 residences in Rho and from 2019 we are managing 2 apartment complex in the Costa del Sol. Renting a house instead of a room gives us the opportunity to establish a more familiar relationship with our guests. Through their needs, we understand their habits and what makes them feel good.

This warm and cozy studio is only 50 meters away from the lake and 6 km from Arona. The apartment has just been renewed with all the comforts and it's at the end of a private street. The beach is reserved to the guests of the residence, in this way calmness is guaranted also during the high season. You can walk 500 mt to the nearest supermarket and a great shopping center with its restaurants is 1,5 km far away This is a wonderfull choice for who is looking for relax but not far from services. This studio has a living room very well organized, with sofa, tv and dining area, washing maching, dish washer, parking and wifi. To clean our flats we cooperate with a cleaning company that provides services also for hotels and focuses on the rooms disinfection by following the procedure based on experts’ and dictated by government’s and health organizations’ rules. There is a daily extra charge of euro five per day for pets to pay in loco

The apartment is inside a village, with a private street, so it's also a safe area cause no outsiders can go in. Arona, with its famous shops and restaurants is only 6 km far from the studio and from there you can take the boat for the main excursions of Lago Maggiore. I think this studio is perfect for visiting Lago Maggiore area and in the afternoon will enjoy the last hours of the day in a private beach, but in my opinion this solution is not a good choice for who is travelling without car.
