Located in Forte dei Marmi, La Villa dell'Ammiraglio is furnished in a "Marine" style with objects that make it unique, linked to the sea, navigation and the discovery of the blue planet. It offers free bicycles, a garden with swimming pool (June / September), 2 gazebos for relaxing and dining outside, and barbecue facilities. It is located 1 km from the sea.
The holiday home features 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, a large lounge, a flat screen TV with satellite channels and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge and oven.Free wifi is available in the house For added convenience, the property provides towels and sheets at an additional cost (10 euros per person per stay)
The Admiral's villa is a two-storey house located in a private residence in a quiet area of Forte dei Marmi, 1km from the beautiful beach and the city center, close to all services (supermarket)
It has a private garden on three sides where you can relax to eat and sunbathe with an outdoor area for barbeque, and an above ground swimming pool (3X5 mt h 1 mt)

Hello we are Massimo and Cristina for many years we have been renting this house in Forte dei Marmi in a beautiful place near the sea and the beautiful beach. Renting this house has introduced us to many people, not only Italian tourists, but from all European countries, even from Japan and the USA, and has enriched us on a human level by making us grow professionally in improving the level of hospitality more and more. of our guests. We try to put our "guests" at ease to create the best conditions for a relaxing stay and we remain available to solve the needs that are requested of us. We try to improve every year the equipment and services of the house and from this we receive appreciation from tourists who replicate their holiday at the "admiral's villa" always finding it at its best. Your children are welcome and up to 12 years are free (the price of the rate is per day up to 6 adults plus children accommodated with extra cots or cribs in their parents' rooms), (the extra adults to the six foreseen by the rate can be placed in sofas with beds that can be opened in the living room.
The house is located in a quiet area one km from the sea and 1 and 1/2 km from the center of Forte dei Marmi which is the pearl of the
Tyrrhenian sea, in the center of the town you can find the most exclusive fashion shops such as Prada and Dolce and Gabbana and then bars and restaurants where you can enjoy drinks and top quality dishes.
About 5 km away is Pietrasanta, known as the city of artists, a delightful town where in the historic center you can appreciate exhibitions of sculptures by the greatest modern artists and in the ancient streets you can find wine bars and restaurants next to art galleries. A recommended excursion is to the fascinating and romantic 5 Terre and then visits to the historic cities full of monuments such as Pisa, Lucca and Florence.
Pisa is 46 km from the accommodation, while Lucca is 37 km away. The nearest airport is Pisa International Airport, 44 km from the property .Four-legged friends are allowed but their owners must check that the animals behave politely and respectfully without causing damage to the house and furnishings (damage that will be borne by the owners of the animals )
