The apartments and houses we offer are in characteristic areas , and all recently renovated . They are cozy , to make your stay as comfortable as possible . Our staff is at your disposal to assist you during your stay: it’s available by phone or email before and during your stay .

In the Villa there are 3 apartments for a total of 19 beds. There is a fourth apartment for a total of 23 places. On the ground floor, with a habitable veranda (with table and chairs) we find "Margherita": 1 bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms On the first floor there are the other 2 apartments. "Peonia" (140 sqm): living room with TV, eat-in kitchen with a fireplace, table for up to 12 people, a double bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with double sink. In its attic, there are 2 bedrooms (one double with 2 single beds and one twin) and a bathroom with shower. "Giglio" (100 sqm): a living room with a French sofa bed, a kitchen with a table up to 10 seats. In the attic there are two bedrooms, one double and one bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with tub. The Villa is surrounded by a large garden. Possibility of parking for 3 cars. Heating, from Oct 1st to April30, will be paid bas on consumption: 1.59 euros / cubic meter of gas. A deposit of euro 200 for the utilities will be required at check in to be paid in cash at check in. Please note that for arrivals between 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 50 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 10.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.

From Rocca di Papa begins the famous ' Via Sacra ' , which climbs Cavo Mount, through ancient paths of volcanic rock surrounded by chestnut trees, to get where once stood the Temple of Jupiter. In the woods it’s possible go also by byke. Very close there is the Albano Lake , which also overlooks Castel Gandolfo, the summer residence of the Pope. Around the lake, in Castel Gandolfo, there are also free and private beaches. Another lake is close to Nemi, famous for its museum with the remains of Roman ships and for the Strawberry Festival in the spring. In the Castelli Romani area there are also Frascati and Ariccia , famous for Fraschette with local products such as pork, meats, dairy products and the famous Castelli Romani wine. Very special stage, not to be missed , just three kilometers away, " up / down " via where incredibly " climb down and go down hill". For holiday fun for children at 30 km there are Zoomarine ( water park ) and Rainbow Magicland ( amusement park with magical and fairytale ) and for shopping , at 30 km, there is Outlet Valmontone. MagicSplash , the new wonderful water park is at 30 min from the Villa.
