The Foresteria, is a small villa approximately 150 square meters, whose access you will reach by a old stone staircase, as old as the Villa. From the windows of the Foresteria you can admire the beauty of the Borromeo Gulf and the natural reserve of Fondotoce. On the terraces you will find tables, chairs, sun chairs and parasols for your relaxing time, all the balconies and small gardens are adorned with seasonal flowers. Entering the Foresteria there is a large sitting room, a dining room with a kitchen area, three bedrooms (two are suite double rooms with bathroom ), for a total of three bedrooms and two bathroom.. Downstairs there is a large relax area , it can be room for children to play, a nice corner with a bar where you can relax with a drink and a beautiful terrace with shower outside, . The Foresteria is furnished with antique furniture, and artistic objects and paintings.  You can admire the original beam roof. There is the possibility to park two cars.
