La casa di Ro is located in the delightful medieval village of Petralia Sottana. Located right at the beginning of the main street, next to the historic Pucci-Martinez noble palace, its central position will allow you to comfortably walk all the beauties of the village and its services on foot. Moreover, compatibly with the conformation of the village, finding parking near the structure is not at all difficult. The rooms are furnished with care and the choice of materials respects the historicity, although the structure is equipped with a modern and environmentally friendly home automation system. The kindness of the staff and a structure faithful to the traditions, but at the same time technologically advanced, they are qualities that will make your stay special.

Welcome to "La casa di Ro". My name is Roberto and together with my partner Mattia, tired of city life, we decided to leave the beautiful, but chaotic Palermo, and make a "jump into the past" in this enchanting medieval village. The breathtaking landscapes, the fascinating views that lie behind every alley, but above all the extraordinary kindness and affability of the local people, are just some of the aspects that made us fall in love with this reality, so unique and special! We felt at home, as if we had always lived here ... Now we live in the house that has belonged to my family for over a century; my sweetest grandmother Rosa, still today, for everyone "a zà Rò", lived here, in this house, already in the last years of the nineteenth century. The house has now become, (after careful and meticulous restoration), our pride, to preserve its memory and hand down its history. A story made of traditions and memories of an "old-time" life ... a story in which, if you want to be part of it, you will be welcome ...

Walking through the streets of the town is certainly an experience not to be underestimated, and the more you enter the alleys that surround the main course, the more glimpses you will be able to appreciate. The neighboring noble palace Pucci-Martinez, current seat of the presidential offices of the Madonie Park, represents the opportunity to admire an excellent restoration that has kept intact the historicity of the building. A few meters away, the Collisani Museum will give you the opportunity to take a leap into the past of thousands of years through its precious collection. and the tourist office inside will always be ready and able to give you valuable information, and also to help you visit some of the richest and most fascinating churches in the country. There are also shops, to meet your needs of any kind, or restaurants, where you can easily walk.
