This bright top floor apartment, which boasts a large rooftop terrace with an amazing view over buildings and monuments, is a charming property located in a recently renovated 19th Century building in the historic centre of Palermo. Our apartment is located on the third floor, easily reachable by lift. The entrance gives way to a large living area made of a living room, provided with sofa and armchairs situated near the marble fireplace (not usable), and a bright dining area with dining table and chairs. Here, guests can taste delicious meals prepared in the adjacent and fully equipped kitchen, coming with an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the first, fitted with a queen-sized bed, boasts an ensuite bathroom while the latter has a French-sized bed. Another full bathroom completes the floor. The added value is given by the large terrace overlooking the surrounding rooftops and historical monuments, that can be found walking up the staircase in the living area. Equipped with barbecue and furnished with a gazebo and ornamental plants, it is the ideal space for breakfast, relaxing or enjoying dinners full of atmosphere.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo.
