To arrange check-in you must contact our Customer Service to confirm place and time of arrival. To pick up the keys, tell us which is the best option for you. 1. From 11:00 to 21:00 at our WELCOME POINT MILANO METASTASIO with access to the apartment from 15:00. We are in Via Metastasio 3, 20123 Milano. 2. From 15:00 to 18:00 directly in the apartment only after arranging an appointment with our Customer Service by phone. Remember that the apartment is inside a private building, so as not to disturb the neighbors we will wait outside the building. In case of delay please warn us.
