The house is located at the top of a hill and offers a beautiful view of the valley and the surrounding hills. The property consists of about 10,000 m² of hillside land, completely fenced, wooded and with olive trees, of which about 1,200 m² around the house is available to guests. Beautiful pool (depth 1.0-1.4 m), covered terrace with table and chairs for outdoor meals and large stone barbecue. The surrounding area invites for nice walks. Possibility of fishing on the nearby river Pescia (6 km away) and sport fishing on a lake 10 km away.
