Best location with wondefully responsive and helpful hosts. Apartment is very spacious, beautifully clean and very quiet even though it's on the street. Bonus that it's ground floor - no lugging heavy cases up narrow stairs. It's in an old building and has plenty of charm, but the apartment has been extensively and tastefully renovated, with all mod cons (no washing machine though, which caught us by surprise - there is a couple of self-service laundries around the apartment though). This apartment is special because of the location - everything was literally just minutes away by foot including the Cathedral, Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace and so on. You really can walk anywhere. Also surrounded by shops of all kinds - supermarket, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and so on. Also an easy walk from the train station. Thank you Matias and Simone, we loved staying here.

I worked a few years in a tourist rental agency, then, after traveling around Europe and the World (just a part of it),I decided to come back to my city and I started managing apartments on behalf of the owners. With the help of my coworkers and the experience we know what it is needed to ensure you a perfect stay in the city. You will have a wonderful and private experience, but we will be always available in case you will need it, not only for emergencies, but also simply if you’ll need advice or any kind of tip about Florence.

Brand new loft in the San Lorenzo neighborhood, a few minutes walk from the central station. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building, characterized by wide stone stairs. From the entrance door you will find a cabinet in front of you and the dining table to your right. Moving forward there is the living room completely renovated with a 50 inches smart tv and the sofa bed. To the left the metal stairs will led to the mezzanine, where the you will find a queen size bed. On the right from the living room there is the fully equipped kitchen with the induction stove, while to left there is a spacious storage room / closet before reaching the brand new bathroom with a large shower. This apartment is ideal for couple seeking a romantic retreat but also for families wanting to visit the beautiful city of Florence. Clean linen Sheets and towels are included and will be provided based on the number of guests.

Via del Giglio is the perfect location to visit Florence, Located between the train station and the Duomo, with Palazzo Medici Riccardi and the Basilica of San Lorenzo. The San Lorenzo district is a historic district rich in cultural and culinary offers, characterized by the presence of the Central Market, a privileged place in the city for the purchase of leather products and more. San Lorenzo has maintained many family-run commercial offers with attention to quality. These include an excellent ice cream parlor, pizzerias, restaurants for Florentine steak, bakers and bar-cafes. The covered market of San Lorenzo is absolutely not to be missed. Every morning (except Sundays) you can find excellent food products (fruit, vegetables, cheeses and typical local salami) at a good price, as well as several places to stop for a quick, high-quality and low-cost lunch, immersed in the beautiful atmosphere of the old city market.
