Really close to train station; train ticket 8 eur from airport one way per person (kids free). Room size is reasonable, and has a nice balcony with a coffee table. Local pizzeria 4 min walk distance (went for breakfast). Fruits and vegetables 1 min away for very good price (mini market). There is good shopping mall few train stops away between airport and apartment; we bought ticket to final destination and went out for quick shopping and lunch.

Hi! this is Massimo Marini, Flatinrome's founder and manager. My website was built originally in 2002 with only one flat. After a few months of activities I understood that doing my job with passion, the direct management of the apartments (all the properties are either belonging to me, rented for a long term or I have an exclusive management agreement) and a good service for a moderate price are the best way to make the difference in the wide range of holiday rental websites in Rome. I provide a full property management, and my cleaning and maintenance staff ensure that each property is well taken care of. So Flatinrome is not an agency (= no commissions !). My goal is my guest's satisfaction, and I do believe that this is possible only with direct contact guest-owner. I've also the firm belief that your referrals are the most powerful marketing tool and for the success of Flatinrome nothing is more precious than a satisfied guest. The results told me that I was right: I achived my target in terms of guest satisfaction (please visit my guestbook). I'm adding more properties that give you a wider range of choices at affordable prices. I'm hoping to see you soon!

Flatinrome Fiera is a complex of 4 very nice, inexpensive one bedroom apartments (one bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony) in Flatinrome Fiera, a complex right opposite Ponte Galeria Station, on the line between Rome and Fiumicino airport, 14 minutes from the historical centre, 2 minutes from Fiera di Roma Conference Centre e 20 minutes from Rome's beaches. This inexpensive apartments are in a perfect spot either you are a tourist visiting the Eternal City, you are attending to a Conference or you want to spend a few days on the seaside, either you are using the public transports or you have your own car (thanks to the private parking space).The 4 apartments are furnished in the practical but elegant Ikea style and with every comforts you wish: air conditioning, WiFi Internet access, washing machine, TV,telephone with free calls to Western Europe and North America land lines. Now with charging station for electric vehicles and bicycle!
