At 100 m from the neoclassical Basilica of Saints Cosmas and Damian, Driade dei Trulli Guest house rises from the foundation of an ancient building of the early twentieth century, and it was completely renovated in June 2016. The Guest house has a lobby, a double room, a living room, a private bathroom and a terrace overlooking the main street of the village. The "Van Gogh room" is inspired by the colours of the famous painting "Starry Night over the Rhone", welcoming guests among the shades of blue, the colour of contemplation, spirituality, and of dreams. The "Gauguin room" is inspired by tahitian women, conceived as exotic dryads, and it recalls hot colours of Mother Earth, where people harvest its precious fruits. The guest house was designed to provide a comfortable stay in complete privacy, in the heart of the Trulli Capital.

My name is Marica, I'm a tour guide and travel agent, graduated in Art History, I love travelling and keeping in touch with people of different cultures. I started my business thanks to my attitude to hospitality, I'd like to share love for my wonderful land, Apulia. My goal is to provide an unforgettable stay to my guests. I gave a personal touch to my guest house, as regards the name, joining mythology with the history of Apulia. Moreover, the interior design is inspired by those who are my favorite artists, Van Gogh and Gauguin.

The guest house overlooks Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main street of Alberobello, nearby shops, bars, restaurants and places of worship. A short walk away there are the Basilica, famous pilgrimage site, the Trullo Sovrano, the terrace of Santa Lucia and the Trulli area.
