An amazing apartment. Didn't look much from the outside, but then Michelle opened the door and we were all blown away. Gorgeous apartment with outside space. Snacks and wine were a lovely touch. Location was good with easy access to lots of restaurants and the centre of Florence..

Wonderful 90 square meters apartment in 1600 Palace. Garden and terrace to share with us,the owners,and other guests. A secret garden in the heart of Florence!A centenary olive tree,different varieties of fruit trees,flowers,plants,a nymphaeum and the lovely terrace .View on the Carmine church: such a unique experience!FINAL CLEANING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE!!!! AIR CONDITIONING-WI-FI- TOWELS-LINES: INCLUDED IN THE PRICE!!!!! One big living room,one big kitchen with genuine Carrara marble,two batrooms,one more big living room with twins bed and one beautiful bedroom with double bed ( batroom inside) The ceiling present genuine 1600 coffered ceilings and red arched ceiling.I ’ll leave you a rich welcome basket in the kitchen and in the fridge: it’s my signature for all my guests! You can find also basic products in the apartment like coffee, olive oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, fairy liquid and washing cloths.
The street and the apartment are part of our family’s history; they take us back in time to our parents and our grandparents. We have been hosting customers for 40 years and we love it! Come and meet us: Caterina, Miriam, Jonny
Visiting Florence doesn’t only mean to get immersed in the history of the city but also to be part of its daily life and to get to know the locals. The only place where you can evade the hordes of tourists and find a smaller dimension is right in the Oltrarno. Here you can find the owners of the local shops that still run their business as their fathers and grandfathers did and variety of shops is the most diverse: vintage shops, markets, shoemakers, butchers, bakers and so on. Here you can go food shopping in the smallest and genuine shops amongst the local people, have breakfast in one of the numerous cafè in the square, share an aperitivo with friends or have a nice meal in the numerous open air restaurants located in car- free and cozy squares. The true Florence is in the Oltrarno and the locals have been living there for generations From the apartment you only have to walk for 2 minutes to reach Ponte alla Carraia or Ponte Santa Trìnita, two of the main bridges over the river Arno, to get into the centre of Florence. It takes only a 10 minutes walk to reach the train Station in Santa Maria Novella and only a few steps away from Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi.
