ロケーション：フィレンツェは何回も行っていますが、今回は生活感のあるアパートメントに滞在したかったので、アトリエもあり地元感のあるオルトラルノで探しましたが、大正解でした！ 生活に必要なものは、近隣に全て揃っています。自分自身がアーティストなので、オルトラルノは大好きです。 施設：きちんと整備されていてエレベーターもありました。必要な設備も揃っていて、セーフティボックスもあり、ベッドの寝心地も良かったです。必要なものをメールでお願いするとすぐに持って来て下さいました。コストパフォーマンスもかなり良いと思いました（シーズンオフだからとは思いますが）。 オーナー：とても親切で地元の情報（必要なものを買う場所等）を色々教えて下さり、私の滞在中にいつフロントにいるかも教えていただき、助かりました。

After a careful restoration that ended in 2014 with a careful recovery of the original architecture and finishes, bringing back the original beauty the particular coloured ceramic floors that enrich the rooms, has began his business with the goal to make you feel at home in the beautiful Florence.
