We loved the central location of this property. It was also very spacious. Our flight was canceled, and Alessandra was extremely understanding and kind in helping us. The accommodation also allowed us to apply to change the details of our booking, within reason, to make the most of our trip. Honestly they were a God sent after travelling for over 48 due to our flight being canceled. Alessandra checked in with us regularly via WhatsApp and was always available and quick to respond to any questions. Alessandra even sent us unrequested recommendations which were age-friendly- which was a thoughtful touch.

Since 2013 we have been selecting the structures directly from the owners who place their trust in us year after year. We make hospitality our credo, and we try to fully satisfy the expectations of our most demanding customers. We inform you that the Concierge service is active in all our apartments, in fact we want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and without any stress. For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres. Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, accompany you to the apartment and will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct contact via chat, guaranteeing rapid and personalized assistance. Our goal is to make you feel pampered and well cared for throughout your stay at DesenzanoLoft. The check in time for this apartment is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, for arrivals after 7.00 pm and up to 11.30 pm there is a supplement of Euro 50.00 Pets are welcome, the extra cost is 5.00 euros per day.

Desenzano Corte blu downtown is a completely renovated apartment in the historic center of Desenzano. Located in the main street of the center, convenient to the main services including grocery stores, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, it is located on the first floor of a nice building, the apartment can also be reached by lift. Once inside the Corte Blu Downtown, we are greeted by a large living room with a double sofa bed, the SMART TV that allows the use of the internet or programs to watch movies and TV series in streaming (NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, YOUTUBE) and a kitchen with dining table, complete with all appliances and utensils. Moving to the sleeping area we find on the left a bathroom with window and shower complete with mirror and hairdryer. While on our right we find a large double bedroom with wardrobe. In the bedroom there is a high quality Topper on the mattress of the double bed. A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming. The facility is completed by the possibility of using air conditioning and wi-fi. Desenzano Corte Blu is a comfortable and complete apartment, perfect for those who want to experience the beauty of Lake Garda without using their car.
