Delightful semi-detached house. 125m², bright and well-furnished. Two bedrooms, living-room, a rest-room and kitchen.There is also a backyard garden and a car park space. Only 200mt. from every Selinunte's beach. Our aim is to make you feel at home and cozy, so you can expect the Di Stefano family greet you with a warm welcome. Our home is spotlessly clean, well furnished and with a double height ceiling, granting you always a fresh temperature to keep yourselves cool in the sultry Sicilian summer. There is a sofa-bed in the living-room, still the lounge area is spacious, bright and equipped with a cable-TV. A peculiar feature is the secluded backyard garden where you can drink an ice-tea or a quenching "granita" while taking a nap, surrounded by lemon and jasmine fragrance. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a veranda and an outdoor shower. If you rent a car at the airport, you can park it in the private shady garage of the house. All the amenities of the town: shops, pubs, restaurants, beaches and the biggest archaeological park in Europe are within an easy 200-500 mt. reach. You'll really wish you could stay longer.

We are a family of four: Leo and Enza (Dad and Ma) and two siblings (Giovanni and Guido): university students with an overwhelming passion for travels since we were small children. Coming to our place you will be welcomed exactly as we would like to be if we were travellers: in the best way. This doesn’t mean an insignificant and superficial 5+ star hotel hospitality (do people still book hotels?). For us travelling (and hosting) means feeling new vibes, be (and make people be) in harmony with the unfamiliar surroundings, yet keeping our very own identity. We disdain hotels We disdain tourism We love travelling We love living alongside the locals This is not much, but it is all we have to offer: a little sip from the fountain of Sicilians’ day-to-day life.

The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. It is away from the noisy harbor, where the night-life takes place, but not that much so you can have a little walk to get there
